Meet Our Team
The Boss
Roddy Mackay is the longest serving Publican in Peebles. He's been in the trade for more than 30 years and loves every minute; being involved with The Central Bar since 2006. He plays an active role in local and national licensing affairs. Roddy also enjoys a wee sing-song at the Karaoke on a Friday evening. Roddy is our Premises Manager and trained first aider.
Peter
Peter is our Bar Manager and has worked at The Central Bar for the past 10 years. He is a Personal Licence Holder and always keen to build on his knowledge about the trade. Peter plays for The Central Darts Team and enjoys a Sambuca or two when he's not working!
