Meet Our Team
The Boss
Roddy Mackay is the longest serving Publican in Peebles. He's been in the trade for more than 30 years and loves every minute; being involved with The Central Bar since 2006. He plays an active role in local and national licensing affairs. Roddy also enjoys a wee sing-song at the Karaoke on a Friday evening. Roddy is our Premises Manager and trained first aider.
Peter
Peter is our Bar Manager and has worked at The Central Bar for the past 5 years. He is a Personal Licence Holder and always keen to build on his knowledge about the trade. Peter plays for The Central Darts Team and enjoys a Sambuca or two when he's not working!
Wullie
Wullie is a well-established member of The Central family.
